Refunds and Exchanges

Bad Wolf Pottery makes and sells pottery for you to use and enjoy for many years to come.  But, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase after it arrives, please contact us (via phone or email) to let us know your concerns.

If you buy a regular priced item you may return it for full refund no later than 30 days after purchase with your receipt. The item must be undamaged. (This includes chips, scratches and cracks.)  Items may be returned in person at the Bad Wolf Pottery shop in Taylorville, IL – or shipped to us for a refund of purchase price (excluding any shipping costs.)  

When packing work to be shipped, we make every effort to ensure your purchase will arrive safely and undamaged.  But, occasionally, work is damaged in shipping.  If that happens, please contact us immediately.  Also, please take photographs of the damaged item – and the packaging when it arrived.  We will then contact the shipper to resolve the issue.  We will, of course, refund the cost of the purchase to you, regardless of the results of our dealings with the shipping agent.

No return or exchange will be allowed more than 30 days after purchase.
