Bumpy Shino Mug

This stoneware mug was fired in a wood kiln and shows the effect of the ash on the form.  bumps (or nubs) in the form make it interesting to hold as well as look at.  Glazed on the interior, handle and lip with a shino glaze.

5" tall 3" in diameter. 4.5" wide at handle.

Food and dishwasher safe.
